OJI PETER BONNY OPIA (M.Sc, MBA, PhD)

OPB Opia is an experienced hand in Organizational Research and Development. His over 15 years’ work experience spans the private and public sectors. As an Agricultural Officer in the employment of Delta State Government, he was involved in formulating and administering change management solutions, conducting baseline and feasibility studies, managing credit schemes, marketing insurance products, conducting market surveys and coordinating input supply.

He has consulted for the African Development Bank, Niger Delta Development Commission amongst others. He is a part-time lecturer with the Delta State University. His interests include behaviour modification, and change management solutions. He was educated at the University of Benin.
